Job summary

Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College is seeking an Enrollment Services Advisor to assist students with enrollment processes, advisement, and information services. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in education counseling or related field, plus two years of advising experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education Counseling, Student Personnel, or related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• At least two years of experience in educational advising or student services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with enrollment services processes including Financial Aid, Admissions, and Registration.
• Provide advisement on programs of study, including academic, health-related and career/technical education.
• Offer information on college offerings, university transfer information, and career pathways.
• Utilize SCT Banner, NOLIJ, DegreeWorks, Schedule Planner to support enrollment procedures.
