Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
• Experience in student affairs, student success, or related area preferred.
• Experience with tutoring, referrals, or retention initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary Student Affairs resource for university services and support resources.
• Conduct proactive outreach and follow-up with students facing barriers to success.
• Coordinate referrals and monitor outcomes to improve engagement with services.
• Assist with early-alert, intervention, persistence, and retention initiatives.
• Maintain documentation of outreach, referrals, and interventions.
