Qualifications

• Terminal degree in higher education: PhD, MD, or DO preferred; EdD with six months of related experience in health education.
• Computer Skills: MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel. Experience with Zoom and Teams. Knowledge of Canvas.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for medical students on the St. Louis campus.
• Coach and advise career paths, programs, and future planning through graduation.
• Maintain regular communication with other campuses to ensure consistency of academic support services across campuses.
• Interpret academic performance indicators and collaborate with faculty, course directors, and Student Affairs.
• Familiarity with medical education structures, board preparation processes, and LCME standards related to advising and student support.
