Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of professional experience in teaching, advising or related academic success areas.
• Commitment to inclusive practices and FERPA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Advise students on academic requirements and degree progress using appreciative advising.
• Assist with orientation, registration, and course planning for new students.
• Develop and teach transitional courses for first-year students.
• Coordinate outreach and support for underrepresented student cohorts.
• Participate in committees and maintain detailed records of student interactions.
