Job summary

WashU's Division of Student Success seeks a campus life professional for the position of Coordinator, Education & Compliance. The role advises Student Union Constitutional Council and Sorority and Fraternity Life Standards Board, while coordinating policy updates and education to ensure compliance across chapters.

The coordinator investigates conduct cases, supports hazing prevention efforts, and collaborates with the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• 1–3 years of post-graduate professional experience within Student Affairs.
• Experience advising student groups and enforcing conduct policies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise Student Union Constitutional Council and Sorority and Fraternity Council Standards Board.
• Engage and support campus life groups with outreach, events, and development guidance.
• Coordinate campus life policy updates, group handbooks, and online platforms.
• Serve as a student group conduct officer; review incidents and coordinate adjudicated cases.
• Coordinate trainings to ensure chapters/groups comply with policies.
• Partner to lead hazing prevention efforts campus-wide.
• Support departmental functions and act as a resource on student engagement.
