Job summary

Caminonuevo seeks a dedicated school counselor to plan, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive counseling program at the assigned campus. You will counsel students to develop academic, career, personal, and social abilities while addressing special population needs.

You will deliver the guidance curriculum in groups, educate students on essential skills for navigating crises, and collaborate with staff and families to connect students with needed resources.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive school counseling program at assigned campus.
• Counsel students to fully develop each student’s academic, career, personal, and social abilities and address the needs of special population students.
• Deliver guidance curriculum in various group sizes.
• Educate students on skills to address troublesome circumstances, support students in challenging situations, and assist students with needed resources to navigate crisis situations.
