Job summary

The position works with Deans and faculty, preparing reports and coordinating resources for student success. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in higher education or supportive services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in higher education or supportive services preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (e.g., Blackboard).
• Sensitivity in handling confidential information.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Able to manage, prioritize, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in Perkins approved CTE programs with individualized support.
• Develop educational plans with students and identify paths to completion in CTE programs.
• Conduct ongoing student outreach and follow up while enrolled in CCM CTE programs.
• Communicate effectively with faculty, advisors, department chairs and program directors.
• Prepare and generate reports using Colleague or other software systems.
