Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, sociology, or related field.
• Experience in teaching, tutoring, or counseling.
• Higher education work experience or academic student support experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with new and continuing students to advise on programs, registration, and assessments.
• Assist with academic planning related to students' abilities and interests.
• Coordinate and conduct group coaching sessions for new and continuing students.
• Record, monitor and maintain student records.
• Develop and manage student success plans for at-risk students.
• Teach student success courses and coordinate workshops.
• Maintain confidentiality of all student records.
