Qualifications

• Master's degree may substitute for one year of professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of higher education issues and commitment to student success; excellent interpersonal, public speaking, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, focused advising to students to help them stay on track for graduation and navigate policies and procedures.
• Provide academic student success coaching to undergraduate students and build relationships to improve experience and outcomes.
• Engage in outreach to students requiring timely interventions through CPP Connect and campus events.
