• Demonstrated experience advising, coaching, or supporting individuals in academic, professional, or career-related development.

Responsibilities

• Advise students on career aspirations and goals; counsel on career readiness topics.
• Collaborate across Student Affairs and with Academic units to deliver career programs.
• Promote Career Services and work to increase engagement among students, staff, and faculty via workshops and written/virtual materials.
• Administer career-related assessments and review their results.
• Plan, develop, and facilitate presentations and opportunities for career development for classes and student organizations.
• Coordinate with employers to deliver development opportunities.
