Job summary

St. Joseph's Indian School seeks a Student Success Analyst to transform student data into actionable insights across academic outcomes, attendance, behavior, and college/career readiness. You will lead data management, program evaluation, and PQI efforts to improve student success from Grade 1 through graduation.

You will collaborate with all Child Services departments and leadership to evaluate programs and report KPIs, developing dashboards and reports for accreditation bodies and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of data analysis/program evaluation experience.
• Experience in education or social services settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on student data to assess programs effectiveness.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for leadership and regulatory agencies.
• Identify achievement gaps and at-risk student populations and recommend improvements.
• Support PQI framework with outcome measures and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Child Services departments to drive continuous improvement.
