• Experience in operations analysis or project management in higher education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with advising and student support teams to strengthen processes that support student progress and retention.
• Support development and monitoring of academic success initiatives and interventions.
• Analyze student data to identify trends, barriers, and opportunities for intervention.
• Define measures of student success and monitor outcomes across departments.
• Develop documentation, workflows, and operational guidelines for new systems.
