Qualifications

• Two years of full-time professional experience in a student services program area.
• Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, public or business administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Preference for experience with diverse student populations and advising.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct academic advising for NSC majors/minors.
• Use interviewing and counseling techniques to guide degree progress.
• Assist with NSC Student Success Center - Holt Hall outreach.
• Organize and supervise the mathematics tutoring program and math learning lab.
