Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in student advising.
• Strong knowledge of university policies and FERPA.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, student-centered advising to undergraduate CALES students.
• Help students navigate policies, plan courses, and develop academic plans.
• Monitor progress toward degree and offer timely interventions.
• Collaborate with campus partners to support student success.
