Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and advise prospective and current students, parents, faculty, third parties, and the public on enrollment and financial aid.
• Explain financial aid processes, deadlines, eligibility, and disbursement policies, including FAFSA and offer terms.
• Assist with registration logistics, transcripts, and campus forms.
• Present financial aid information at events and coordinate with campus partners.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information per FERPA.
