Ranken Technical College is seeking a Student Success Advisor to provide academic, social and personal development support for new and continuing students in St. Louis.
You will assess needs, access the learning management system, perform unofficial degree audits, and arrange course rescheduling to aid successful matriculation. This position is responsible for providing new and continuing students with academic, social and personal development support to enhance retention and graduation outcomes. Performs tasks which orient students to the college, policies and expectations by assessing needs and identifying tasks and information necessary for improvement (successful matriculation and advancement through their education program) including but not limited to accessing the learning management system(s), performing unofficial degree audits, curriculum advisement, rescheduling courses, and obtaining Academic Accommodations as well as Medical Withdrawal. Reports to the Vice President for Student Success.
Up to $50,000 annually depending on experience.
