The advisor will monitor progression from admission to commencement, coordinate with campus departments, and provide an exceptional student experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Two years of professional experience in a post-secondary institution preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Student CRM, and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Track academic progression and provide proactive outreach to students.
• Assist with registration, degree audits, transfer evaluation, and candidacy.
• Maintain student records and ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide exceptional student service throughout the student life cycle.
• Collaborate with campus departments to resolve student issues.
