Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of academic advising experience or master's degree with some advising experience.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills; ability to work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on academic progress, courses, and university resources.
• Identify courses to be completed in upcoming semesters and explain policies.
• Train entry-level advisors and may teach compass courses.
• Proactively support undecided freshmen in Crimson Edge and Exploring 4 Success programs.
