Responsibilities

• Assist students and families with financial responsibilities, attendance, and enrollment documentation.
• Monitor attendance and reach out to students to encourage participation and graduation.
• Schedule meetings with Appeals and Reinstatement Committees and coordinate registrar backup tasks.
• Enter notes in the system to support SAP issues, leaves of absence, withdrawals and absences.
