Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preference for Education, Higher Education, Counseling, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in admissions, student services, recruitment, or administrative support.
• Experience in higher education or health-professions settings preferred.
• Experience with event coordination (orientation, ceremonies, recruitment) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Admissions Operations and Applicant Management, ensuring timely data entry and accuracy of records.
• Coordinates interview process: file reviews, scheduling, session facilitation and processing fees.
• Advises applicants on admissions policies, requirements and timelines.
• Prepares admissions-related reports for leadership and external associations.
• Manages onboarding and enrollment for incoming predoctoral students, including verification and credentialing.
