Job summary

Manhattan University in Riverdale, NY seeks a Program Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of the Center for Academic Success and the Specialized Resource Center. You will supervise peer educators, coordinate tutoring and accommodations, and build relationships with faculty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least one year of experience in academic support or disability/accessibility services.
• Experience coordinating programs and supervising student employees.
• Knowledge of Section 504 and ADA policies.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with diverse and international student populations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of tutoring, Supplemental Instruction, and peer academic support services with staffing, scheduling, and space utilization.
• Recruit, train, and supervise peer educators, coordinating hiring, onboarding, and professional development.
• Coordinate faculty outreach and course partnerships to integrate academic support into the curriculum.
