• Bachelor’s degree required in education, psychology, human services, or related field.
• Three years of relevant experience in student services or higher education.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in office productivity software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; multi-task as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; travel between locations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide academic, career, and transfer advising to TRiO SSS participants.
• Assist students with financial aid and scholarship applications.
• Coordinate and provide classroom accommodations in collaboration with campus offices.
• Identify, select, and onboard eligible students into the TRiO SSS program.
• Maintain weekly communications with participants and organize workshops.
• Plan academic enrichment activities and student engagement opportunities.
• Disseminate information about the TRiO SSS program to the campus community.
• Collect and maintain data for annual performance reports and grant renewal.
• Maintain records and documentation of student progress; assist with program reporting.
• Serve as college liaison for EAB Navigate.
