Job summary

Grand Canyon Education is seeking a Marketing – Studio Equipment Monitor to support the Video/Photo teams by scheduling, organizing, and communicating for production gear on campus. The role operates with consistent, set hours and avoids late nights or weekends.

The position involves maintaining studio cleanliness, overseeing checkout/check-in, assembling reservation lists, and assisting in-field shoots while coordinating with staff and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization/ cleanliness of studio and workspace.
• Maintain basic cleanliness/functionality of equipment.
• Assemble reservation lists prior to a team member’s pick-up.
• Help oversee the check-out and check-in process of reservations.
• Readily assist occupants in the studio as needed.
• Assist in the flow of communication between production teams/ staff.
• Assist crews infield for on-campus location shoots.
• Alert fulltime staff to pressing/ urgent concerns regarding gear or studio space.
