• Coordinate reporting lines and activities with the Associate Director, Operations & Special Events.

The coordinator will design and deliver professional development programs, develop training materials, and foster an inclusive, skill-building student employment experience.

• Design and implement learning and development programs that integrate Life Design, professional development, and role-specific competencies.
• Create structured development plans, competency-based milestones, and continuous performance evaluations for student employees.

• Required qualifications include an Associate’s degree plus 2 years relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree, experience in training design and facilitation, instructional content development, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field, experience supervising or mentoring, knowledge of HR processes, and familiarity with career development theories.
• Responsible for overseeing peer coaches, graduate assistants, interns, and experience ambassadors within the Career Design Center.
• Salary range is $51,261 - $56,430, full-time position, classified as UUP Professional.
• Reports to the Associate Director, Operations & Special Events in the Division of Student Life.
• A background check is required prior to appointment.
