The role involves managing the full talent lifecycle for a workforce of over 15 student employees, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, payroll coordination, training, coaching, and ongoing performance development.

The coordinator will design and deliver professional development programs, develop training materials, and foster an inclusive, skill-building student employment experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree plus 2 years relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in training design and facilitation.
• Instructional content development.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, and performance assessment for 15+ student employees.
• Design and deliver professional development programs and training materials.
• Foster an inclusive, skill-building student employment experience.
• Oversee peer coaches, graduate assistants, interns, and experience ambassadors within the Career Design Center.
• Coordinate reporting lines and activities with the Associate Director, Operations & Special Events.
