Position Title Residential Student Learning and Success Coordinator
The Division of Student Life is accepting applications for The Residential Student Learning and Success Coordinator within Residential Life. In this role, you will advance the student success, skill development, and sense of belonging of residential students by developing and managing support initiatives within residence halls, apartment communities, and residential student success centers. You will foster meaningful student engagement through inclusive, accessible programming and learning opportunities that connect residential students to UB.
Reporting to Assistant Director for Residential Curriculum & Student Success, you will lead the implementation of residential student success strategies and events, oversee the daily operations of success centers and learning spaces, and supervise a large student staff team of approximately 80 employees.
This is a 12-month, live-off position. Your duties may include:Residential Student Learning and Success Coordinator plays a central role in connecting residential students to campus academic services, supporting students experiencing academic challenges, and integrating strategic learning initiatives within the residential experience. The position oversees operational systems, student staffing, and assessment efforts to ensure the effectiveness of residential success strategies and to continuously enhance student engagement and belonging.
