Job summary

The Regents of the University of California on behalf of their Los Angeles Campus seeks an Administrative Counselor within HSSEAS to support undergraduate student affairs. You will advise students, monitor progress, and supervise staff while coordinating ceremonies and event logistics.

Responsibilities include leading commencement, managing facilities and budgets, and producing enrollment and scheduling reports.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise undergraduates on policies, degree requirements, and progress.
• Lead a team of three student services staff and supervise performance.
• Coordinate commencement activities and staff scheduling.
• Secure facilities, authorize expenditures, and manage event logistics.
• Prepare enrollment, scheduling, and program reports for leadership.
• Develop policies and processes with OASA and campus partners.
