Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Advise undergraduate students on policies and degree requirements.
  • Assess and communicate academic progress; update databases.
  • Lead commencement coordinator overseeing a team of three staff.
  • Plan and run HSSEAS Commencement ceremonies and related logistics.
  • Oversee staff and student workers; assist with training and policy development.
  • Produce reports on enrollment, scheduling, and other assigned areas.
  • Utilize online systems to carry out duties.
