The Graduate Admissions Operations Student Support Specialist I is critical in providing student-focused customer service during the graduate admission process. Their primary focus centers on processing applications, executing admission requirements, and completing document imaging - scanning, imaging, and indexing. This Specialist also provides general data entry support in the student information system and CRM and will assist in other areas during peak times, including but not limited to issuing decisions, reviewing tuition classification, and completing transcript evaluation.
The duties include, but are not limited to:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent from a recognized State or Federal accrediting organization with one year of administrative or customer service experience.
Shift: Days; M-F (Work outside of normal business hours may be required)
Pay Band: B2
Salary: $32,800.00/Annually-$38,589.10/Annually
Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position
