Job summary

The California State University in Sacramento seeks an Assistant Program Coordinator (SSP IB) to support the Center’s programs at El Centro Serna and help improve student success, leadership and overall experience.

You will mentor students, collaborate with interns and staff to design events, prepare materials, and represent the center on campus committees, reporting to the Program Coordinator and Director.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide student support services to a diverse student population.
• Experience in professional Student Services work at entry trainee level or graduate level substitution allowed.
• Understanding of campus program management and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and advise students and interns on center programs.
• Support staff who design and deliver programs for graduate and undergraduate students.
• Assist with events, written materials, and representation on campus committees.
• Collaborate with CSU administrators, faculty, and student organizations.
