Ozark Literacy Council is seeking a part-time Student Services & Office Coordinator to provide evening front desk coverage and support enrollment, testing, and data management. This on-site role involves maintaining a welcoming office and assisting with documentation in LACES and Connectable.
You will collaborate with instructors, AmeriCorps members, and volunteers to ensure smooth evening services and a positive learner experience.

Reports To: Student Services & Data Manager
Employment Status: Part-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Pay Rate: $16-$18 Per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Work Location: On-site at the Ozark Literacy Council office
Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, 4:00–8:00 p.m. (approximately 12 hours per week)
Position Summary
The Student Services & Office Coordinator provides evening front desk coverage and supports OLC's Student Services & Data Department. This position assists students with enrollment and testing, supports student data and recordkeeping, and helps maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized office and learning environment. This is an on‑site position and works under the direction of the Student Services & Data Manager.
