Job summary

UEI College is seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to join our campus team. You will provide service to students, prospective clients, and campus visitors, welcoming guests and guiding them to the proper contacts.

The role requires multitasking, strong communication, and a client-first attitude, with a benefits‑rich full‑time environment including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Welcome on-site visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Answer phone calls and forward to the right department.
• Take and deliver messages, or route to voicemail when needed.
• Process payments for services and products.
• Update appointment calendars and maintain mail routing.
• Perform general clerical tasks such as filing and data entry.
