Job summary

UEI College is seeking an Admissions Coordinator at our Tacoma Campus to manage enrollment records, coordinate with Admissions and Financial Services, and support orientation and open houses. You will track POGs, transcripts, and reporting while ensuring compliance with enrollment policies.

The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work with diverse student populations.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the education admissions process.
• Proven ability to manage enrollment paperwork and policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records for new students and enrollment paperwork.
• Assist Director of Admissions with data management and reporting.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Student Financial Services, and Education Departments.
• Prepare orientations, open houses, and career days; manage calendars and logistics.
• Follow up on missed appointments and pending documents for applicants.
