Del Mar College - Corporate Services is seeking a part-time Customer Service Clerk to support the Student Enrollment Center across campus locations. The role requires flexible scheduling to cover morning or afternoon shifts and to assist students, faculty, staff, and the public with information and guidance.

The position emphasizes professional, courteous communication and strong customer service skills to ensure accurate information and a positive campus experience.

Qualifications

• One year of advanced study or training past the high school diploma/GED equivalency AND six (6) months of related experience.
• OR -
• One (1) year and six (6) months of related experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with students, faculty, staff, and public.

Responsibilities

• Perform general office functions by SEC kiosk, answering general questions, providing information on SEC activities, departmental location, and contact information.
• Assisting staff and students as required.
• Provide information and guidance in the areas of services located in the Student Enrollment Center, assists students with general questions, provide directional information of departments and contact information.
• Participate and provide support during registration periods at any College campus, center, and outreach event.
