Responsibilities

• Research federal financial aid regulations and program requirements using available software platforms, databases, and institutional resources to build and maintain working expertise
• Monitor and process assigned compliance reports through university and federal software systems; analyze findings, identify patterns, and recommend improvements to procedures and workflows
• Develop and maintain procedure documentation that reflects current software capabilities, system workflows, and institutional knowledge - with the expectation that documentation evolves as tools and processes improve
• Recommend changes and improvements to office communications
• Assist students with discretion, honesty, and sensitivity
