TEKsystems is hiring fully remote Customer Service Representatives to support families and students in their enrollment journey. This role involves assisting with inquiries, managing student accounts, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. *TekSystems is currently hiring for several FULLY REMOTE Call Center, Customer Service Representatives. This position would be on EST hours, so candidates MUST be able to work those hours.*
*MUST HAVE: Call center experience, teaching experience, or similar backgrounds are a plus.*
Purpose of the position:
Remote role serving as the primary contact for families, reporting to the Supervisor of Student Services within the Customer Engagement & Retention Department. Responsibilities include customer support, onboarding, and academic placement for students.
