San Diego City College is seeking a Student Services Assistant for the EOPS, CARE and NextUp Department. The SSA is stationed at the front desk, serving as the first contact for EOPS, CARE and NextUp students and ensuring smooth front-desk operations.
Applicants should show a commitment to diversity, deliver excellent customer service, maintain confidentiality per FERPA, and be proficient with MS Office and college databases such as ConexEd and PeopleSoft. Bilinguality is highly desirable.

Applications are currently being accepted for Student Services Assistant ( SSA ) in the EOPS , CARE and NextUp Department, located at San Diego City College. The EOPS SSA role is stationed at the front desk and is the first point of contact for our EOPS , CARE and NextUp students. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm. Selected candidate must be willing to adjust workdays/hours based on the department’s needs. Please note that an employee may be transferred to any site at the option of the Chancellor.
