San Diego Community College District seeks an Employment Compliance Investigative Analyst to support People, Culture, & Tech Services. The role focuses on investigations, policy interpretation, and advice to managers on personnel matters in a district setting.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field with five years of HR or labor relations experience, plus strong knowledge of employment laws and dispute resolution. This is a full-time, exempt position located in San Diego.

Pay Information: Range 33 ($7,942.10 – $13,756.59) per month based on the current ACE – Association of Confidential Salary Schedule. Initial Salary Placement is accordance with current practice and policies. Promoted or transferred employe will be placed as specified in the ACE – Association of Confidential Employees Handbook. This position is FLSA Exempt may not accrue overtime. A temporary probationary period will apply to the employee entering this assignment.
