Cornell University’s School of Continuing Education (SCE) seeks a Student Services Assistant to join our front-facing student services team. You will guide students and families, advise on the SCE experience, and respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
You will help ensure timely, thoughtful, and professional service while supporting admissions data in Slate and registration in the Student Information System. This is a 39-hour per week hybrid role based in Ithaca, NY.
Cornell University’s School of Continuing Education (SCE) is seeking a Student Services Assistant to join our front-facing student services team. In this role, you will be an important point of contact for students and families, supporting them throughout the application, enrollment, and student experience at Cornell.
Working as part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you will meet with and guide students, provide advising and information, and respond to questions by phone, email, and in person. You will help ensure that students receive timely, thoughtful, and professional service while contributing to a positive and welcoming experience across SCE.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a full-time (39 hours/week) endowed position based in Ithaca, NY. This position follows a 2:3 campus-to-home hybrid work arrangement, which may fluctuate based on the time of year and department needs. This hybrid work arrangement is subject to change at any time. Typical work hours are 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday.
