Qualifications

• Direct experience in a higher education setting, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide student-centered customer service through various communication methods.
• Counsel students on financial aid and billing processes.
• Process registration and maintain knowledge of university policies.
• Deliver presentations and support student outreach initiatives.
• Manage case records and represent the One Stop on committees.
