What We're Looking For






  • Customer service experience (education or call center background a plus)

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, chat platforms)

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently

  • Commitment to confidentiality and data security




What You'll Do





  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and live chat

  • Troubleshoot and resolve student support issues, collaborating across departments

  • Guide students through registration, course selection, and financial aid processes

  • Ensure compliance with security and confidentiality procedures for student information
