As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility, is excited to announce the opening of a Service Advisor!

The Service Advisor will primarily be responsible for applying their automotive maintenance and repair expertise to support and guide Fleet Management leasing offices, clients, and vendors. This involves reviewing orders for scheduled and unscheduled repairs, recommending proper maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing to ensure a well-maintained fleet while minimizing vehicle downtime and costs.

This is a full-time, work-from-home position allowing you to work remotely within the Metropolitan St. Louis area or surrounding MO/IL counties. Our department operates Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. - 9 p.m. CST, and Saturday, 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. CST. Schedules are based on current business needs.

The pay range for this position is $25.34 to $27.34 per hour, determined by relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, and organizational needs.

• Additional compensation for weekend and evening shifts (up to $2.00/hour)
• Opportunity to earn an extra $0.25/hr per current ASE certification from a specified list

Applicants must have at least four (4) current, approved ASE certifications — expired certifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities include:

1. Review and apply automotive maintenance and repair expertise to provide advice on repair orders submitted from external partners via phone and email.
2. Ensure repairs and maintenance are performed per manufacturer recommendations, intervals, vehicle history, and appropriate pricing.
3. Negotiate and correct order pricing as needed, assess warranty applications, and create purchase orders.
4. Analyze client needs and repair orders to recommend solutions, gain approval, and communicate effectively.
5. Identify opportunities for full maintenance proposals, repairs, and vehicle cycling strategies.
6. Assist drivers by evaluating needs and suggesting cost-effective service locations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older
• Reside in the Metropolitan St. Louis area or surrounding MO/IL counties
• Live in Missouri or Illinois
• Hold at least four current, approved ASE certifications
• Six months of customer service experience
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Willing to accept starting pay of $25.34-$27.34/hour
• Able to meet all work-from-home technical requirements
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
