The Beauty Institute in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Student Salon Manager to lead our student salon operations and ensure a high standard of service. You will oversee daily activities, coordinate appointments, and work closely with instructors to support student learning.

Responsibilities include marketing, social networking, promotions, local outreach to increase clients, and creating incentives to boost energy and productivity among students and teachers.

Responsabilidades

• Help increase number of clients in the student salon through marketing, social networking, promotions, local outreach etc.
• Ensure high level of customer service. Create incentives/competitions to promote high level of energy and productivity among students/teachers.
• Help maintain an effective and smooth operations of the student salon.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times to be a good role model for the students.
• Contribute and maintain a positive and productive school environment.
• Demonstrate leadership by taking responsibility for your actions.
