Job summary

University of Kentucky is seeking a Student Sales Associate in Lexington, KY. This off-campus, part-time role (15–20 hours/week) requires a current UK student and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include greeting customers, driving sales with SPARK, and maintaining store standards.

Experience in retail or sales is preferred. You will balance trays, participate in visual displays, and help build a loyal customer base while supporting promotions and product

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage every client using Pandora's SPARK selling model and product knowledge
• Introduce shoppers to multiple product categories to build brand loyalty and increase sales
• Maintain awareness of shoppers to deliver a world-class experience and prevent loss
• Complete Pandora product knowledge training to enhance selling capability
• Aim to achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets with personal accountability
• Be aware of current product launches and promotions and support company initiatives
• Cultivate a solid customer base through engagement and relationship-building
• Participate in Open/Close checklists, balance trays, and keep area tidy and stocked
• Follow visual directives for product launches, set trays/walls/zones, and maintain pricing
• Execute visual refreshes and uphold high cleaning standards
• Participate in social media content creation and execution
• Attend all scheduled shifts to ensure adequate coverage

Job duties include:
