Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. manages a safe and secure Living and Working environment for students and staff at our Center. The role supports accident investigation and incident resolution to reduce future occurrences.

Essential duties include safety inspections, enforcing safety standards, visitor control, and disaster response. A high school diploma is required; advanced degrees preferred, with a valid in-state driver’s license and insurability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Must possess a valid in-state driver’s license and meet insurability requirements.
• Demonstrates ability to lift up to 40 pounds and assess lift loads.
• Follows integrity guidelines and protects student data.

Responsibilities

• Investigates accidents/incidents and prepares reports with corrective actions.
• Conducts routine safety inspections of Center equipment and facilities.
• Enforces occupational safety and health regulations and standards.
• Performs Center-wide security tours and monitors students.
• Responds to emergencies and requests; ensures center security and visitor control.
• May assist dorm staff with inspections and contraband searches.
• Maintains security and cleanliness of Center facilities and property.
