Felician University in Lodi, NJ seeks a full-time Title III Project Manager Retention Specialist to support student success initiatives and grant management. You will coordinate outreach, document interventions, and work with Academic Affairs and other offices to reduce attrition.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in student services or retention; Master’s degree preferred. Evening/weekend hours may be required to support students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in student services, advising, retention or related field.
• Experience with grant-funded programs, reporting and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Falcon RISE Title III grant activities and documentation.
• Identify at-risk students and coordinate early interventions to support persistence.
• Track outreach, referrals and outcomes; report to stakeholders regularly.
