You will conduct outbound calls, answer questions, and guide applicants through enrollment while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires coordinating with potential students across on-campus offerings, evening and day schedules, and providing information about financial aid and admissions timelines.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role.
• 2 to 3 years of outbound calling, admissions, or call center experience.
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Creole.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and provide information about our programs and admission process.
• Assist potential students in completing the enrollment process, including gathering necessary documentation and guiding them through the necessary steps.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students to ensure a smooth transition into their educational journey.
• Follow up with prospective students who have expressed interest but have not yet enrolled.
• Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the application and enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all student interactions and inquiries.

As a Student Recruitment Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting potential students with the admissions process and guiding them through the various career education programs offered at our school.
