Central New Mexico Community College is seeking a Student Recruitment Specialist in New Mexico to develop and implement strategies that attract and enroll a diverse pool of prospective students. You will work under the Student Recruitment Manager to engage dual credit students, first-time freshmen, transfer students, and returning students.

The role involves coordinating on- and off-campus recruitment activities, presenting to groups, and building relationships with schools and community

Qualificações

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• Two years related experience required.
• Three to four terms of directly related experience as a Student Ambassador within EMSS division (preferred).
• Preferences: bilingual; previous recruitment experience; experience with technical and skilled trades programs.

Responsabilidades

• Assists and maintains communication with prospective students throughout admissions process; answers questions and conducts presentations.
• Promotes activities to enhance student enrollment and coordinates on- and off-campus recruitment.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with staff, faculty, schools and community organizations for recruitment and orientation.
• Responds to information requests, conducts presentations, and performs data entry and retrieval.
