The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. represents Eastern New Mexico University (ENMU) and is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to drive student recruitment and support the admissions process.

You will travel for events, conduct information sessions, and work with teams to develop enrollment plans. Strong communication, organizational, and CRM skills are essential to guide prospective students and families through the admissions journey.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of leadership or professional experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within New Mexico and out of state.
• Valid New Mexico driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit as the primary recruiter for assigned high school target markets.
• Maintain knowledge of ENMU programs and competitor offerings.
• Develop marketing and enrollment plans using CRM and analytics tools.
• Schedule and conduct information sessions, campus tours, and outreach events.
• Coordinate travel activities and represent ENMU at events out of state.
• Collaborate with university departments on enrollment strategies.
