Job summary

Central New Mexico Community College is seeking a Student Recruitment Specialist to develop and implement strategies to attract and enroll prospective students across diverse demographics, including dual credit, first-time freshmen, transfer, and returning students. You will work under the guidance of the Student Recruitment Manager to facilitate recruitment efforts on campus and in the community.

• Associate's degree required; two years related experience or 3–4 terms as a Student Ambassador in EMSS.
• Preference for bilingual Spanish/English.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective students and answer questions throughout admissions and onboarding.
• Schedule and conduct on- and off-campus recruitment activities.
• Build relationships with staff, faculty, schools, and community organizations.
• Prepare and present information to diverse groups and maintain recruitment records.
• Assist with orientation sessions and campus events as needed.
